Notice to Non-Residents.STATE OF INDIANA,Vermilion County. #In the Vermillion Circuit Court, December term, 1906.Maud Call Kelley vs. Pearl D. Kelley. Complaint No, 5815.Now comes plaintiff, by M. G.\ / ^Rhoads, attorney, and files her complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendant is not a resident of the State of Indiana. That said suit is an action in which the plaintiff asks for a permanent and absolute divorce from said defendant, Pearl D. Kelley.Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant, that unless he be and appear on the 15th day of the next term of the Vermillion Circuit Court, to be holden on the 4th Monday of December, A. D. 1906, at the court house in Newport, in said county and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absence.In witness whereof, I hereunto[seal]' set my hand and affix the seal of said court at Newport, Indiana, this 8th day of November,A.
