Inmate Slain At HospitalCOLUMBUS (UPI) - A Colum-| bus State Hospital mental patient Tuesday night clubbed another Inmate to death while about 35 patients watched.Jacob Shottenstein, 61, a patient since 1924. was watching television on the sunporch of Ward 24, when Willie C. Chapman, 29.struck him with a chair. The two had argued earlier.Dr. Lowell Dillon, hospital superintendent, said a patient tried to stop the attack, but was un-i successful.Dillon said “1 haven't decided yet what to do about Chapman, who was regarded by hospital authorities as psychotic. He said I’ there is no set procedure in such lt;cases, it depending upon the in-jJ dividual. Both man are from Columbus.
