ALIMONY TO STOP IF WAN REMARRIES;MAY SAVE MONEYGetting married after a year may be cheaper for James Donahoo than remaining single, according to terms of a stipulation filed today after his wife, Alma, had procured a decree of divorce from Judge G. W. Wood on her testimony of cruel treatment.The stipulation, signed by both parties, among other things provides that Donahoo shall pay his former wife $25 a month alimony for a year. The same payments arc to be continued afterwards unless he remarries. in which event the alimony is to cease.If Mrs. Donahoo shall remarry within a year payments are to slop.The couple was married at Denver, la., Nov. 18, 1926.
