WANTS TO DISSOLVE.Mary E. Mohr Tired of Double Blessedness.Mary E. Mohr lias brought suit in probate court against Joseph W. Mohr for divorce. She says ,in her petition they were marriel May 7, 1878, and have one child 8 years old.She says on the 31st of last month he was drunk and used vile and indecent language, and choked and beat her threatening to take her life.An injunction has been granted to restrain Mohr from interfering with her, and from disposing of his property. John W. Winn is her attorney.
