They wero married in January, 1853, and lived together until 1873, when their domestic disturbance reached a climax, and, as this dec* laration assorts, Emmanuel wilfully deserted his wife, heneo the suit.Michael Sssenborger 'seeks a separationffrom his wife, Mary Sasseuborger, They were united in marriage in* November, 1872, and resided together until September, 188(i. The declaration allegos wilful desertion as the cause of this action.Lydia Honningor is anxious for a legal separation from her husband, I. S. Henniug-er. They wore marritd in September. 1885. Thoir domestio happiness was of brief duration as the declaration alleges that Mr. H. wilfully deserted his wife throe months thereafter.Mary Deriico asks the court to relievo hor from the responsibilities of the marriage vows which have heretofore bound her to Henry Derrico. In her declaration she charges her husband with ill treating and abusiug her, and therefore prays for a divorce.Ann Chadwick prays,7 for a divorce from her husband, James Chadwick. They were married in November, 1853, and lived together until October, 1833. Ill treatment., abuse and tho excessive use of intoxicating liquors, is given as tho reason for invoking a legal separation from him.Sarah C. Kush alleges that in hor declaration sho was married to Patrick H. Rush, in August, 1868, and they resided together until September, 1888. Tho declaration further alleges that Mr. Rush has boon guilty of tho excessive use of intoxicating liquors, and ill treatrneut to her, and for this reason seeks aseparation.Hulda Little prays for a legal separation from her husband, Wiley Little. According to the declaration thoy wero married in 1871), and lived together until Ovitober, 1835, and it charges nogligeuco in providing the necessaries of life, as tho cause of this step.Fannie E. Stanley, Jasks tho court to grant her a divorce from hor husband, Robert Stanley.
