DEFENDANT IS GRANTED DIVORCEOne divorce suit was filed and one decree was granted in Medina county common pleas court the lastof the week.Maud L. Griffey of Medina has filed her suit against Frank B. Griffey, also of Medina, charging j gross neglect and extreme cruelty. In her petition she asserts that they | were married on Jan. 2, 1932 and have no children. She asks a divorce, alimony and division of realand personal property.In the case of Randall Dolamore of Sharon Center against Betty Armstrong Dolamore of Medina, Rt. 4, a decree of divorce and alimony , was awarded the defendant on a cross petition.
