E. ftk maid today awarded a divorce to Margaret Farry, 18, of 295 Pearl street, from Charles Farry Jr., 23, of 310% Division street. The ground was cruel and inhuman treatment. The couple married in . Oshkosh in November 1936 and j separated shortly afterwards. iThe care and custody of a minor child was awarded to the mother. The defendant, Farry, was ordered to contribute $12 a month towards 'the support of the child. He is ; a WPA worker. !The plaintiff was represented by Atty. Lloyd D. Mitchell. David Krueger appeared for the defendant. Gaylord C. Loehnmg, county divorce counsel, represented the state.
