Subpoena in Divorce,IN WARREN County Common Pleas, |No. 3, June term, 1903.John D. Hafel, Libellant, vs. Ann Hafel, Respondent.To the above named Respondent:Whereas, Subpoena and alias subpoena have been returned “Non est Inventus” in this case, you are therefore hereby notified to be and appear in your proper person before the Judges of said court at the court house in the borough of Warren, at a court of common pleas in and for said county there to be held on the first Monday of December, 1903, being the 7th day, to answer the complaint of the libellant and show cause, if any you have, why a divorce from the bonds of matrimony should not be granted to the libellant agreeably to the prayer of the petition or libel exhibited against you before the said court and the acts of Assembly in such case made and provided. And this you shall nowise omit at your peril.JAMES BRANN, Sheriff
