D. 1884.Elilubeth ^orman vs. Benjamin Norman.In chancery—Bill for Divoice.Affidavit having been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of said county satisfactorily showing that said defendant, Benjamin Norman, is not a resident of the State of Illinois, and subpcBna having been issued against him returnable on the 1st Monday in November, A. I). 1884.Now, therefore, notice is hereby given to you the said Benjamin Norman, that Is the above entitled suit is now pending in the McLean Circuit Court, and that unless you shall be and appear before said Court on the first day of the neat term thereof, to be holden at the Court house in Bloomington, on the 1st Monday of November, A, D. 1884, and plead, answer or demur to said bill, the same will be taken as confessed against you, and a decree rendered according to the prayer thereof.Dated at Bloomington, this 18th day of Sept.
