Jfrom Alfred Hirt.The latest divorce suit tiled for the November term of Putnam Circuit Court is Rosa Hirt vs. Alfred Hirt, ami because of the prominence of the parties, it lias caused considerable stir and varied comment. The complaint tiled by plaintiff's attorney, Hon. S. A. Hays, alleges; that they were married in April, 1892; that two children have been born to them Freda, aged two years, and Robert, aged three months; tbnf plaintiff invariably discharged her marriage obligation loyally and faithfully; that defendant has subjected her to cruel and inhuman treatment since a short time after their marriage, and that she has submitted untill she could do so no longer; that defendant has failed to prove a true and loving husband and by abuse and neglect has caused the plaintiff great unhappiness and much misery; that defendant permitted his children by a former marriage to illy treat plaintiff and her two small children.
