Sues For DivorceTwo divorce suits were filed in Berrien county circuit court today by residents o£ Benton Harbor andNiles.Mrs. Cora Fugtflt Hart, Benton Harbor, filed suit against Harry David Hart oil charges of cruelty. They were married on July 17, 1937, at LaPorfe, Ind., and have no children. The plaintiff, who is represented by Attorney Elrien Butz-baugh, was granted an injunction restraining the defendant from molesting, talking to, or injuring her. from going to their home or to the Tripl’s Bar where she is employed.
