Dora Van Oss Comes Back With Serious Charges Against G-eorge.George Van Oss, former treasurer of Auglaize count/, was given notice today of the Sling of a cross-petition and answer by Ms wife.. Dora Van Osa, in tbe sensational divorce case which he instituted in court a few weeks ago. Van Osa alleged that because he was not. making the money he did,when he held the county office, she became dissatisfied and left him with their children tocare for.In her answer and cross-petition, she says she left because of his ill-treatment and that he threatened to kill her and called her vile and obscene names. She says she had no clothes to wear and no food to eat and she was forced to earn, these things for herself.That he failed to accept employment after his term of office was over, spent all the money she had helped bf-m save ana mortgaged their household goods, is the claim set up. His actions were so strange, she savs, that his own brother and brother-in-law filed an affidavit in probate court at Wapakoneta, asking that hm sanJ y be investigated.The wife says he is not a fit person to have custody of the children and asks that his petition for divorce bed tsmissed and she be given the decree, as well aa the custody and Control of their minor children.
