Glaspie is plaintiff and Hlizabeth Glaspie is defendant, the nature of plaintiff’s demand being and tho said petition alleging:Plaintiff has been a resident citizen and actual bona fide inhabitant of the State of Texas for more than a year and has resided in and been u rosldent citizen of Harris County, Texas, for more than six j months, each immediately next* preceding the filing of this petition,Plaintiff and defendant were married April II, 1935; and lived together for a period of several years. Several months prior to the filing of this petition defendant began a course of harsh, cruel and ummiml conduct toward plaintiff and commenced a course of tyrannical conduct, being guilty of excesses, cruel treatment and outrages, all of which have rendered their further living together insupportable,The following children were born of said marriage; Patsy Allen Glaspie, a girl now 8 years old, Wilburn Glaspie, a hoy now 7 years old, Vernon Dee Glaspie, a hoy now 5 years old, Randell Douglass Glaspie, a boy now 4 years old, Gllle Faye Glaspie, a girl now 2 years old, and Joe Beth Glaspie, a girl now about 5 months old.
