Lawrence 'Holman was appointed guardian ad litem for the' defendant a minor, and allowed 510 fees as such, to be taxed as-costs against the. plaintiff.Mrs. Mildred Pols ton was granted, custory of minor child in her divorce action against Calvin Polston. Mr, Pols ton was granted a divorce from Mrs. Polston on a cross bill. recently, but at that time the. judge took under advisement the matter of custody of the child. Mrs. Polston was granted $2 a week for- support of - child, â– and costs' of action were assessed against plaintiff.
