wrongfully obtain a decree.A novel proceeding in a divorce case has been instituted by Attorney R. J. Greene. Charles Boo2e is seeking to secure a divorce from his wife Rebecca, who resides in Annapolis, Ind. Booze was a widower with two small children when he married nineteen years ago. He says in his petition that his wife mistreated these children, and after standing it for two years he protested in such a vigorous manner that his wife told him lo get out and take them with him. He did so.Mrs. Booze is fighting the granting of the decree, and today Mr. Greene filed a demurrer, in which he sets up that, conceding what Booze says in his petition to be true, the husband is entitled to no relief at the hands of the court for the reason that the statute of limitations prevents him from seeking a decree on the grounds of cruelty committed seventeen years ago.Thfi 4tirv In TTrntf't pftilrf that
