Iletora Divorced—Mr*. Ann Retor xmir divorced from Castle Betor, by an order signed yesterday in the district court by Judge -V. J. Horsley, t'ustodv of the minor child was awarded to Mr*. Rotor, and the defendant was ordered to pay $25 monthly for the child's support. Hrtor demurred tr^ the complaint, and was declared in default for failure to answer further. C. A. Spaulding was attorney for Mrs. Betor, and Lester il. Loble for the defendant.
