Fuller gave the plaintiff in the cause an absolute decree, with custody of the child and {50 per month for his maintenance. The ■question of alimony to be decided later.The charge in the complaint was desertion. The defendant filed a cross complaint which also alleged desertion. J. C. Dlllow and Morton E.
