The decree was signed by Judge Herbert W. Runnels.Morrison testified that on November. 26, 2937, he came from work tohis home on Railroad avenue andfound a note signed by his wifestating she had received $25 from a son by a former marriage and she bad gone to stay with him: Nesaid he did not know where she was until January 18, 1938, when he received a. letter from her from JEd-dysville, la., stating that she wouldnever come back to the Saulfc* Mrs. May Morrison, his mother, and a sister, Mrs. Ruby Perrontestified'for Morrison.ii
