The decree was sighed by Judge Herbert W. Runnels.Morrison testified that on November- 26, 1937, he came from work tohis home on Railroad avenue andfound a note signed by his wifestating she had received $25 from a son by a former marriage and she bad gone to stay with him: Nesaid he did not know where she was until January 18, 1938, when he received a, letter from her from Bd-dysville, la., stating that she wouldnever come back to the Sault* Mrs, May Morrison, his mother, and a sister, Mrs. Ruby Perrontestified for Morrison.+ - %. * • . rGlt;LsBeHianFanofWabedfrcro■ ife fltn
