Mrs. Hanks Granted Decree of Divorceā 4iipipicipPlaintiff Given Divorce After Defendant Cross Petitions; Other Court NewsTrma Frances Hanks was granted anabsolute divorce, the custody of the child and monthly alimony until the child becomes of age, by Judge Smyth Friday afternoon, after taking the matter under advisement since Thursday when the case was completed. By the terms of the decree Mrs. Hanks will also receive all the furniture which is unsold and the defendant must pay thp costs of the action.
