Chevalier from his wife Melanie Chevalier, on the ground of abandonment, J. L. Dudley, colored, was also granted a divorce front his wife Martha Dudley, on the same grounds. This completed the business of the day and court was adjourned untit to* day at 11 a. in. At noon the grand jury made its report and adjourned. The report to the county commissioners in regard to the Jail was made aod appears in another column. Three indictments were returnedftwo of which were for selling liquor*..
