April 19, 192S and separated April 21, 1928.Cruel and inhuman treatment was alleged. The complaint stated that the defendant had struck the plaintiff on numerous occasions and that on the day they had separated he had inflicted injuries that necessitated the calling of a physician. A divorce and $1000 alimony was asked. The plaintiff was alleged to own real estate in Manilla valued at $2000 and personal property of $1000-Lolita Brown filed suit Tor divorce this morning from Joseph Brown. The two were married October 3. 1926 and separated March 15, 1928. Cruel and inhuman treatment was also alleged in this case. The complaint stated that the defendant had struck the plaintiff, had hit her when intoxicated and had refused to pay physicians fees for an operation, that the plaintiff hadUndergone-Thecustody of their child born, -July 7 of last year, was asked by the plaintiff and $100 in alimony.
