John Wehnor today tiled suit for divorce from his wife, Ellen Weh-ner. They wore married June 2, 1892, and lived together until last Monday, when he alleges she deserted him after treating him cruelly. Wehneris employed in the Mo-non machine shops. Last Monday when he returned from work he found the house deserted* During his absence his wife had taken WO from a trunk and had returned to her mother, Mrs. Bostoek, leaving a note stating th’t she never intended to live with him again.
