It is h ruling of the Court that a decree of divorce is not valid or landing until it is recorded on the books of the County Clerk and «uch record is not required to be made until all court costs are paid. This bit of information mav be et use to parties who may have had or may have a divorce granted them—it may save them from a liability to a charge ot bigamy. A person mar be granted a decreeot divorce but it is not a divorce until the court costs are paid.
