D., 1903.To Charles Simpson:You are hereby notified that on or before the 6th day of August, A. D., 1903, the petition of plaintiff in the above entitled cause will be filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the State of Iowa, in and for Wapello County, claiming of you a decree of divorce, dissolving the bonds of matrimony now existing between you and plaintiff, on the ground of desertion without just cause, for more than two years.And that unless you appear thereto and defend before noon of the second day of the next term, being the August term of the said Court, which will commence at Ottumwa, on the 17th day of August, 1903, default will be entered against you and judgment rendered thereon.Dated April 27, 1903.W.
