COURT HOUSECOMMON PLEAS COURT.OASES DISPOSED OF.Court was in session Monday and Tuesday and among the cases disposed of was the granting of five divorces as follows: Lawrence Brown from Kuphemia Brown; Fred H. Dudley from Mintha Dudley; Hazel Coons from Alonzo Coons; Harvey A. Primmer from Maud A. Primmer; Mae Winters King from A. J. King and custody of minor child awarded plaintiff.The divorce a* tfon of Chari** Wur* line vs. Cora Worllno was dismissed at plaintiffs cost.M; ry E. Baughman vs J. G. Wells appraisers.The court also made a finding excusing O. K. Rinehart from complying wi ll former couit orders regarding the im ment of alimony. Rinehart was brought to Mt. GJ1«j d Thu-raday by Sheriff Welland, but on account of sickness he will he given time to g*t 011 his feet.
