Eighth Case Is Being Heard In Clay CourtLess than half of the 19 court cases remaining Monday on thecalendar of the general April term of Clay district court had been disposed of this afternoon. Testimony in the eighth case was being heard and indications were that court would continue into next week.The divorce action brought by Emil Wenger against Bertha Wenger was dismissed because of lack of jurisdiction when it was found that the plaintiff was not a Minnesota resident. Being heard today was the case of James Rodgers and Hiram Miller against Alcid A. Meyer and George Hailmen, all of St. Paul involving ownership of a tract of land in Clay county on which two deeds are in existence. i
