The Kribbs, father and son. state that they are tenants of Roy Albert Hopson. . • -The petition alleges that, the Hammond livestock have wandered on their place, eating corn, and that they placed five of the Hammond horses in their bam in order to establish a lien on them to pay for the corn eaten.Then Dr. Hammond filed areplevin suit to regain possession of the horses and got the horses back under bond pending hearing of the replevin suit. Kas., August 17. 1946. and lived together until May 1. according to the petition.Mrs. Dunlap asks permanent alimony, attorney fees, and medical expenses for a baby expected m June.
