Morris.ORDER OF PUBLICATION.The object of this suit is to procure a divorce a vinculo matrimonii on behalf of the complainant, Ida B. Morris, from the defendant, William S. J. Morris. The bill states the parties were married on fifth day of May, 1891, and that they lived together until October 10th, 1910. That the defendant is a non-resident of the State of Maryland. while the complainant is a resident and has resided In the City of Baltimore, in the State of Maryland, for more than two years preceding the filing of her bill of complai»t. That six children were born as the result of said marriage and that the complainant asks for the car^and custody of the three infant children. That on October lfith, 1910, the said William S. J. Morris, the defendant, without any Just cause or reason, abandoned and deserted his wife, the complainant herein,; that said abandonment has continued uninterruptedly for at least three years, is deliberate and final, and the separation of the parties is beyond any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.It is therefore ordered by the CircuitCourt of Baltimore City, this 22nd day of April, 1919, that the complainant, by causing a copy of this order of publication tobe inserted in some dally newspaper, published in the City of typltlmore. orice in each of four successive weeks before the 22nd day lt;»f May. 1919, giving notice to thesaid absent defendant, William S. J. Morris, of the object and substance of thisbill and warning him to be and appear in this Honorable Court, in person or by solicitor, on or before the 7th day of June,1919, to show cause, if any he may have,why a decree should not be passed us prayed.JAMES I».
