NOTICE TO NON-RESIDENT THE STATE OF INDIANA, LAKECOUNTY.In the Lake Superior Court, March Term, 1030.Roy Klingensmith vs. ^ Molissa Klingensmith. Cause No. 35566. Action to Divorce.Now conies the Plaintiff, by Harold W. Hammond, attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit of a competent person, showing that the defendant, Molissa Klingensmith, is not a resident 'of the State of Indiana.Said defendant is therefore hereby notified of the pendency of said action and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of said Court, and that unless she appear and answer or demur therein, at the calling of said cause, on the 30th day of June, A. D. 1930, the. same being the 43rd Judicial day of the next term of said Court to be begun and held in the Court House, room No. 5, at Hammond, in said County and State on the 2nd Monday of May Term, A.
