Julia B. LilesSept. 12, 1916 May 3, 1998BAILEY — Julia Bissette Liles, 81, died Sunday. The funeral will be conducted by the Rev. J.C. Yates at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 U.S. 264 West. Burial will follow in Middlesex Cemetery.Surviving are a daughter, Janie Shaheen of Falls Church, Va.; two sons, Ronnie Liles of Stantons-burg and Donnie Liles of Bailey; three sisters, Jean Costin of Bailey, Janie-Mae Neer of Chesapeake, Va., and Gloris Bissette Merritt of Pomano Park, Fla.; two brothers, Henry Bissette of Newport News, Va., and James Ray Bissette of Pikeville; and two grandchildren.The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 7-9 p.m.
