Cleveland Judge Gives Ruling To Aid Home InmateCLEVELAND, May 4 lt;7P) —Common Pleas Judge Samuel H.Silbert examined records of thediscontinued solvency court to aid an 80-year-old resident of the Ohio Soldiers and Sailors Home at Sandusky to obtain a pension for his second wife.Thomas J. Stuckey contended he was granted a divorce from his late first wife here in 1916 He remarried in 1917 and lived with his second wife until three years ago when he moved to the 'Sandusky Home and applied forr* pension for her.Stuckey’s second . wife was denied a pension by pension board officials who claimed he had not been divorced.
