TELLINGHis Story To Judge Davis Is S.C. Cox.Samuel C. Cox, son of ex-Judge Joseph Cox, testified Tuesday and Wednesday before Judge Davis in Cincinnati in an etTort to prevent bis wife from obtaining a divorce.He claims that her mother, Mrs. Joseph Bates of AH. Airy, is back of all the trouble, and declares that Mrs. Bates is intluenced by financial considerations; that she wants his wife and children to deed back to her certain property which she deeded to them.He related his efforts in business since his flnanciel reverses, andclaimed he always provided for his family, in spite of their declarations to the contrary. He denies havingome home drunk.
