It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said Justin Coats be notified of the pending of said bill of divorce, and that unless he appears, answers or demurs to f aid bill on or before the next term of said Court, the same will be heard and determined in his absence, and a decree entered thereon accordingly.WILLIAM F.
