kDivorced Wife Sues Former Husband for Possession of Batch of Household GoodsBRAZIL, Ind., May 1.—Mrs. Laura Mishler, through her attorney, B. V. Goshorn, yesterday filed suit in the Clay circuit court against Rosa and Ira Mishler for possession of household goods which she ajldges belong to her.It is charged that Ilulet Mishler, a Coalmont man, sent his wife to Missouri on a visit and while she was there he filed suit for a divorce. Mrs. Mishler got the papers from the county clerk and retained B. V. Goshorn, of Brazil, to appear for her. Attorney Goshorn asked for a continuance of the case for teii days, which the court granted. In the meantime Mishler married a Coalmont girl with whom he had been keeping company. They, were married in Sullivan and went to Coalmont to live in jfaishler’s house. The matter got before county authorities and Mishler was brought into court, found guilty of bigamy and sentenced to prison.Rosa and Ira Mishler, the complaint states, then took'tHe household goods of their son and are holding them. When Mrs. Mishler No. 1 came back she procured a divorce and went after her furniture. When the elder Mishler refused to give up the goods she filed a replevin suit.
