For the third time in as many years Mrs. Bettle Koch, or this city, has hied h suit for a divorce against lie.' husband, David F. Koch. She charge* that he treated her cruelly, struck and curbed her, and threatened her with bodily harm. She says that he failed to provide her with slutable clothing.
