Powell v?. Margaret Powell, the learned Judge ilowk begins his ofticial opinion in this manner: ‘‘Appellee was Appellant’sthird wife, and Appelant was Appellee’s third husband. As the fruits of their Idruier marriages, Appelee had four chil-I dren and Appelant had six children, aud as a pledge of their mutual loves. Appellee hud born one child to Appellant, which child was at the commencement of this suit about two mouths old. And still limy are not happy.” ' *
