One was that Mrs. Morris has an “uncontrollable temper and habits and wili resort, when in that condition, to all kinds of crimes and misdemeanors *’ He charged that while she was a prisoner at the county jail, prior to In r being- sentenced to a term of five years In xho state prison for burglary’ .she carried on a clandestine correspondence ot an unwifely character with one N u*-ry nroomer and that she also participated in a jail delivery of prisoners, uli of which was without his knowledge and consent. He further recited that alter his wife had served two years and eight months of iter sentence she was paroled and her sentence was comma*-ed to four years, but that while on parole her conduct was such that the parole officer was obliged to return her to the state penitentiary, whore ho now Is. He adds that at the thnc h% married her at Manitowoc January 1898, irhtr-was a divorced woman, a inrt she concealed from him, the name of her first husband being Joseph .beach.
