G Burnside held Circuit Court at the Marion county court liouse March 25 and 26 and a judgment of $750. was granted the plaintiff in the case of Charles Hicks vs. Gordon B. Perry and Buster H. Walker. Hicks was suing for damages which occurred when a truck owned by him was struck by a truck of Perry and Walker.
