G, 1881), and lived with him I until Dec. 10, 1895, until she became aware of his infidelity. Thereupon he left her, and refused to live with her. She represents that she has demeaned herself towards him as a faithful and j chaste wife. They have two children, John W., aged G, and Lillie M., aged 4. jIShe says, furthermore, that her husband has been guilty of adultery with one Maggie Dennis, besides others, and that he is a man of low, vicious habits, and profane towards her, and ui.flt to have the care and custody of the children.She says furthermore that he is the owner of real estat e in Bowling Green, Mo., valued at $6,0tX), and besides owns a large amount of personal property. She sets forth the fact t hat she is poor and is obliged to depend upon h6r relatives and friends for support and does not hvae money to prosecute her suit. She says also that her husband threat ens to sell his property to keep from paying her alimony and she thinks that he ought to be restrained from doing so. She asks for a divorce, the care and custody of her children, and sufficient alimony to care for and sup port herself and children, and to pay for'counsel in this case.
