The decree is granted by Judge Pratt. Mr. James will also be remembered as the gentleman whose abuse of E. L. Sanderson, In front of the Court Housp, resulted in a verdict for libel against Henry C. Bowen and Joseph Howard, Jr. Bowen and Howard reported what James said and Sanderson sued. The decree of divorce was granted for abandonment. TUo wife has the custody , of the children, and is to receive $25 per week alimony. D. P.•umxurd was the referee.
