KITTANNING MARRIAGETURNS OUT UNHAPPYButler, March 21. -The Quarterly'sa.* sion of divorce court began at 10 o' j clock this morning with Judge John R. Henninger ou the bench.1 he hearings were of a perfunctory i nature, ronf-isting of the atat omenta j of the petitioners and one or two wit jl nesses in each case. None of the cases I was contested.Mrs. Elizabeth Gran or ot Eau Claire/’ was grantee a decree in divorce from j Edward l^afayette Graner on the i grounds of abusive treatnjent and desertion. The couple ntacried in Lock Haven, Pi., in 1921 and resided in Pitts burg for some time before their »ep? ration. The husband has been absent 1 from his home for more than a year and officers of the county have been un • able to locate him.Marie* Snider was granted a divorce from W. Harvey Snvder of Butler on tne grounds of desertion. The couple was married in Kit tanning in June 1918 and separated in March, l920.The record on the docket of the quarter ses . sions court was shown where Snyder-had been ordered to pay his wife a certain sum m .nthly fbr her support and had defaulted in payments.Bornardina K* a. fornrrely Bernar-rlina Kelly, of Bruin, was granted an absolute divorce from William (. Ron on the grounds of desertion. The cou-j pie mat t ied in Butler in August 1919,1 The husband dese rted his wife in Oc-J; tobctr, 1921.
