Ia Consequence of Which Rachel Archer Asks for a Divorce From Her Husband.Suit has been commenced in the circuit court by Rachel Archer praying for a divorce from her husband, Oliver.The complaint shows that the couplewere manied ten years ago, and that the wife always attended her duties and labored hard to get along, but the husband was shiftless and did not provide as become a good and true lord. The couple resided on a farm five miles from the city.A petition to sell the real estate of the late Samuel Bra urn has been filed by John W. OrndorfF. Randall Vesey are attorneys.In the superior court Conrad Bruecker files a complaint against John G. Kluep-pel and many others, complaint to quiet title and for $100 damages. John H. Leus files a similar suit against the same parties. Morris Barrett appear as attorneys for the plaintiffs.
