The petition alleges that Grott was tried, convicted and sentenced to three years in the Nebraska state prison and is still confined there. The cutting affair is said to have occurred in the state of Nebraska, though the petition states the couple were married in this city in April, and that this is the plaintiff’s home, ti C. A. W.
