Why She Wants a Divorce.Rockford, Ills., March 10.—Cruelty and habitual drunkenness are thegrounds on which Mrs. Alma Trag-ardli asks a divorce from her husband, Carl E. Tragardh, assistant state pure food commisioner and a prominent Rockford druggist. She alleges that her husband about four months ago beat her so severely that she was compelled to leave him, taking with her an adopted son.
