The Q parties were married April 16, s 1876, and lived together until January y 1, last year. Eight children were born e to them, of whom five are living. An g ungovernable temper, uncleanliness r- and other ^buses, including a threat to e kill, are told in the complaint. It also ir ‘alleges that at the time of marriage [plaintiff had* $3,500, an amount equal j to that of her husband. By their joint u efforts this has increased to $50,000, d and that though defendant had inereas-d of $2,000, he was very niggardly about g'his allowance to his wife. The sum j. of $25,000 alimony is asked and the Q court is asked to make a suitable ah e lowance to allow the plaintiff to pros-Q ecute this case.
