Fairfax Hall (Hilton Block).The University Associates recently purchased this student dormitory from Mr. James M. Hilton, with most of the property of the latter, amounting altogether to two hundred and eighty-flvethousand dollars. The price was something like sixty thousand dollars more than the assessed value.One of the chief alterations to be mad? this summer is the substitution of oneilarge entrance for the two narrow doorways now used.
