Morgan Jr. were continued Friday night after a jury, hearing the case in 37th District Court, was give ft a recess untilSaturday morning.Several times during the hearing Friday, Special Judge Harry L. Howard recessed court to give attorneys for William F. Morgan, oil operator, and Mrs. Alice Traylor Coulter, divorced wife of Morgan, an opportunity to discuss a compromise.Mrs, Coulter. It was revealed, had been united in marriage last Feb. 2(1 to Harold 1C. DukiCoulter, former army officer. The H.rense was procured in Blanco County and the ceremony was performed by a justice of the peace. Mrs, Alice Traylor Coulter, whom attorneys continued to refer to as “Mrs. Morgan, and the oil operator were divorced two years ago.
