Strait vs. Mariali Strait were dismissed from common pleas court Thursday,wheri Judge McClelland whoheard the case, refused to grant a divorce to either party, declaring that evidence offered was insufficient to warrant a decree being awarded.Flirting and gross neglect of duty were given as grounds in the plaintiff’s petition, while the defendant in her cross petition declared that the plaintiff had wilfully deserted her and had associated with other women. The defendant who lives in Ansonia, Darke-co, did not appear in court Thursday. The couple was married in 1897.
