Kenny Bass says'Mrs.' desertedtIt ;' ifi• Kenneth Bnsy, owner of Gain-by’s Night Club, filed suit for divorce against Mrs. Kvclvn IWestcott Bass, city teacher of' 2d 15 Division St., this week, charging that she has deserted him.The couple, married in 1942, are parents of three daughters. The father asks tho court to give their custody to Mrs. Bass.Mr. Bass's petition says that he was'always a kind, toying and affectionate husband, but ithat Mrs. Bass, without cause abandoned him on July 1, 1037.resume the marital relationship with him.He says he is at present providing S4S wcokly for support of Ills three daughters and $30 weekly for support of his wife.He is represented by Dallas F.
